- Look for mentors inside and outside of your company.
- Self reflect.
- Want. Want to be that type of person that you are not today. Aspire to be something greater and work hard to get there.
- Find confidence in others.
- Find support in the people around you.
- Give each other advice and grow from one another.
- Step out of your comfort zone and seek awesome results.
- You never know unless you try.
- If you find yourself at a meeting and not actually participating, realize that you should have been. Next time you will sit at the table to participate.
- Take leaps of faith.
- Be an overachiever.
- Have breakdowns, but learn from them.
- Today you might be able to do it but tomorrow maybe not so much.
- Be humble.
- Surround yourself with a wonderful team.
- Have WAY too much confidence in yourself.
